Behind this sound creation we find a young, alternative and independent producer who has been living the techno revolution of the Madrid scene. kill minimal it’s a delirius sound comparable to today’s electronic sounds but doesn’t forget it his roots in electronic music.

It’s a proyect which mixes analog with digital, empirical things with rational things…future with present ..without loosing the view to the past. Lots of ideas and proyects are being developed in the background and released in his own label 13beats or others like Theorema or now Shoxcorp.

Manuel López is the name behind RACOON CITY. Dj and producer, his first contact with electronic music were in early nineties with artists like Orbital and Underworld.

At this moment RACOON CITY began to read electronics magazines and to buy records. He like all styles in electronic music but in 2005 year he release a electro EP named The Third Man in Hardware label.

Now in 2007 he has created the netlabel SHOX CORP for release the music produced by others and himself productions.
