Dj dandi & ugo biography:
Our trip in house music began in far 1989 when our strong friendship and our common love for club electronic music became a passion: dj! In this way began our story of the double dj set: we work in pair like we are an only one dj, we put on the stereo two viniles for all the length of our live set, so we are able to unite our musical preferences to make our nights full of energy! In these years the evolution of Sound, rhythm, melody thrill us really a lot and make us listen and play different kind of music: acid house, techno detroit, underground, drum’n'bass, trip hop, progressive, deep house and electro techno.

The early equipment, early viniles, early nights in our zone’s club. Born as a sort of a game deeper and deeper our passion became a job, a job that brought us to work within djs and producers of national and international fame, and to co-operate with very important clubs like peter pan (riccione), ecu (rimini), pascia’ (riccione), classic club (rimini), les folies de pigalle (reggio emilia), prince (riccione), cocorico’ (riccione), matis (bologna), sophia (gabicce), wishclub afterhour (misano monte), cubadust storkino (milano marittima) and, of course, our favourite one: echoes liz music club (misano monte) where we are resident djs of the privè: cristal black.

After all these years of amusement, nights, afterhours, curiosity brought us to discover new ways, so we bought our first personal computer and sequencer and after two years, thanks to the collaboration of a great dj and producer (ricky montanari), we made our first single: ricky montanari presents dandi & ugo “beat conductor” (part 1 & 2) for the label “re vox” (ivano coppola a.r.), distributed from levelone. Thanks to the great results of this project we could meet and co-operate with artists like raymond barry (producer of electro house n.o.i.a., klein & mbo, funk revenge …) which whom we are co-operating nowaday.

We are also working with fabio carniel (multicolor records, dirty house, part one…), guido nemola (joyfull family), producers loaded and santorini,dj & great producer andrea bertolini (stereo seven plus label), dub recording label, luca de ponti (art director label), dj and producer timothy with his crew: the mood (steve and andy lee), dj and producer alex D’elia (looseheadz). Fase Miusic Sender, bio: Fase is the aka for Gustavo Gagliardo, Leandro Waisbord, Pedro Perelman and Martin Tibabuzo. Fase means phase, and for sure this word becamed much more significant for us through time. As an art collective-visual crew we borned in 2000, in Buenos Aires, where we still live and have our operation’s base.

As producers, moving between techno, electro, minimal, it’s been always difficult to get fixed on a style. Always changing mind. But some sounds are still living on our music from the beginning. Tubes, water sounds, weird frequences, clicks, glitchs. Groove as a purpose, bassdrums and basses, main characters. Fat sounds and break beats, between 130 and 135 bpm. Melodys come from downstairs, noises from factories, dark sinthes and dirty sounds, no sugar. Detroit’s underground, Richie Hawtin and Laurent Garnier music as basic influences, but also Basquiat as an example to understand wich worlds we are sharing constantly.

We plan our music-visual sets, finding straight relationships between sounds and images, building “climas”, organic structures. Not as complement but as a main construction. Sequences are made exactly for the tracks. Working almost with graphic images and with fantasy as a topic, sinthesis or abstraction, powerful colors. Colors as lights, always on a proggressive way. Music representing images, images representing music.

Franco Bianco, bio: In the year 2005, during his residence at Midland Lounge, a disco-pub in Palermo Soho, Franco Bianco, has shared booth and talent with artists like Leo García, Fabián Dellamónica, Victoria Mil, Diego Ro-k, Rama, Zuker, Mujik, Ale Lacroix, Flavio Etcheto, Gustavo Ceratti, Boeing, Violett, Notone (Chile), Vince (Uruguay) and Barem, among others.

Franco Bianco has made a cult of the fine style and the constant improvement in outpost music.

His extensive trajectory is perceived just for name some of his acts most recently: Warm up to Bajo Fondo Tango Club, summer 2003 in Uruguay, Personal fest 2004, where hi shared line up with best artist of internacional music just like Blondie, Pet Shop Boys, Morrisey, Rinôcerôse, Primal Scream, Death in vegas, and shared booth with Andy Smith, 2 many djs, among other.

Código País 2005 next to Electroliving and Boeing, Campo Mandes next to Franco Cinelli and Nico Purman; X4 radio next to Manuel Sahagún, Faena Hotel + Universe next to Ultra Tango and a lot of acts in night clubs and pubs in the city of Buenos Aires.

After a intense tour of uruguayan coasts next to his french friend, Bruno Gervais, and the local artist Vince, Bianco has concentrate in only-vinyls-sets, intensifying and customizing acts with his own loops and simples.

In the passed of the year, Bianco has showed in Night Club Opera Bay next to Diego Ro-K and Tommy Jacobs, in the month of July, in Uruguay, next to ?Dj Buey , on the inauguration of “Central”, wich it promises being one of the most exciting and important discos of Montevideo.

For the next months, has waiting live acts in Rosario next to Santos Resiak (subtropical records) and in Uruguay , Chile and Brazil.

Lucas Romagnuolo, Bio: I was born in Mar del Plata, Argentina in 1981. When I was 10 years started to play guitar and listen punk rock music. Later, in my adolescence, I learn to play other instruments, suck as bass and keyboard; I started to interest for the other music styles, jazz, bossa. In that time, I began to write poetry, dark improvisations, that about the time and the death and they took me, then, toward the dark music.

All these musical style helped me then, to the moment to create my sounds. Alternating with my work (chef) it continued with the analog music creation. In 2000, I discovered the electronic music and was captivated for the minimalist sounds. This same year I started to produce whit basic equipment, and was develop the musical technical.

In the 2002 I carry out my first dj sets, basically of minimal house & minimal techno, looking for the more dark sounds of this genre, always continuing with the production, now exclusively of electronic music.

At the moment continuous with the music production and djing, in minimal parties and other events; and using the poetry in the sound creation.

Fabio Giannelli, Bio: He was born in 1986 in Puglia and after 13 years he touched a mixer for the first time and began to explore the club music with all those different kind of sounds.

So he deicided to compose the music that he liked too much, he was 16 when he buyed the first software that gave him the possibility to express himself, but in a crude way only. In the meanwhile he had the first experiences in some local discos and took part as dj at some after organized with his friends, those people believed in him too much and helped him to take the decision to move from his city and to compare himself with the northern Italy reality.

At the age of 20 years he decided to move to Milan where he had the possibility to know and share the consolle with some of very important DJs. After a little time he met Dandi&Ugo, Piatto and Alex D’Elia, they deicided to give him the chance to press his first production on vinyl.

Born in 1986, Ember is a Belgian producer with Italian roots who discovers the way of producing electronic music at the age of 18. Affected by the whole DJ/Producer oriented scene, his work evolves through a mixture of a variety of styles such as electronica, dub or minimal techno. Once, the Border Community label took him along in dreams with trancy atmospheres…

But his influences are multiple; from Detroit-Techno and Chicago-House to the contemporary French and German electro-scene. International artists like Magda, Troy pierce, Jake fairley aka Fairmont, Lazy fat poeple, Petter, Nathan Fake, Hemman & Kaden Slam, Vince Watson, Kenny larkin… made a great impression on his approach of production.

Gianluca Marcelli a.k.a. Amos. I was born in Rome in 1983. I am a dj producer from Florence. Since 1997 I have been playing and producing minimal/electro music. I started DJing in Rome in 1999 at an after party called Dope Show. Three years ago I decided to leave Rome and move to Florence were I live at the moment.

Here in Florence I have played in a few clubs like Tenax Mum Prive, Klyk Club, Slowly, VDB, Cardillac… I’ve also played in art galleries like the Gesture and Museo Marino Marini but in this exhibitions I made a special live set with atmospheres and mystic sounds. During the summer I am resident in some clubs in the south of Italy like Beach Blast, Oasi and Clorophilla after party…

My style is beetween electro & minimal, i like clicks and cut , bubble and all other strange form of wave. A special thanks to dandi & ugo that give me a chance.
