Sr. Click - Places & Cosas (eqq009)

NetLabel: www.equaliteq.pl
Style: minimal, electronic, electro minimalista
Sr. Click probably doesn’t need a special introduction or presentation. Well known minimal producer and founder of Inoquo netlabel appears on Equaliteq with incredible four-tracker “Places & Cosas”.
Every track on this EP brings something different from another one. Spontanous and energetic rhythms are well blended with unique Click’s feeling. This is a minimal masterpiece and you will be never tired of it.
Va - Goosehound (mnlv06)
Netlabel: www.minlove.net
Style: minimal, electronic, minimal tech
In addition to a few largely unknown artists from the electronic music scene, Goosehound’s compilation also presents some familiar artists already featured on minlove within the past months. The first track, ‘Very Vrey Whales’, is a collaboration between Tokyo resident Ditch and Goosehound cofounder Nicholas Sauser. After communicating ideas and sharing demos for some time, the two began working on music together. ‘Very Vrey Whales’ is just one example of their thick, bouncing dance floor creations.
‘Noctiluca Falls’ was crafted by the duo known as Pocket Pet, comprised of New York’s David Last and Osaka’s Segeke. Noctiluca is a perfect sampler of the bouncy, futuristic dub techno that will be found on the group’s upcoming WeSendIt EP. Next up, we change the tempo a bit to present you with an incredibly lush tune by Morgan Packard. Think of ‘Green’ as a great slumbering beast with a snoreyou can move to.
Goosehound pals Wolf and Lamb provide the second song, ‘Any Day Now’, which was given the remix treatment by Konrad Schierling. Schierling has turned the track into a stomping, bleepy affair complimented by odd vocal meanderings.
Nicholas Sauser closes out the compilation with a stripped down groove entitled ‘Of All Of These’. Simplicity is the focus here, but the sound is still full with it’s growling bass and scratchy vocal hooks.

Sebastien Bouchet - Vt016 (vt016)

Netlabel: www.valiza-tools.com
Style: minimal tech, electronic
martin schulte - mono (grat003)
Netlabel: http://therathole.alfamoon.com
Style: minimal, ambient
And here goes: Martin Schulte improvising on industrialism theme, using sound of minimal techno for it.
‘mono’ is a pulse of millstones of a flour-grinding factory; jam-session of plasterer’s roller and darby; live show of a digger, wielding a pick and a spade with entry on encore; a brick-yard’s visit card; distillation of all dry matters and their quality certification.
‘night’ is the marseillaise of urbanism: chronometer’s mechanism is ticking twenty four - seven, somebody whisks and whisks, - the city just pretends to be sleeping at nights.
bLURiX & DraCo - Love To Dig EP (dig001)

Netlabel: www.diggarama.com
Style: electronic, experimental, tech
Our very first release, dear friends… We took a weird trip into abstract sounds and experimental universe of soundscapes.
Mellody 24 is a deep down and scary intro into this EP. Strings only. If this doesn’t put you in the right mood, nothing will.
Selma On The Run is very idm-ish track by it’s sounds and form, but wrapped into bLURiX’ special style of managing sounds.
Moj Svijet is a 4×4 track which might pass for mnml but it’s not. So, let’s clear it… It’s almost minimal. Very experimental but mellow, yet not in cheesy manner. But stylish. Dark, but positive.
Nero Burnt Holly was recently performed live by bLURiX at some party and the crowd drooled a bit and eventually went wild. Female vocals that might not even be a vocal is spread all over that tracks which will definately remind you of mermaid’s song.

Dncn - What Am I (4four005)

Netlabel: http://netlabel.4four.org
Style: electronic, minimal
DNCN was birthed to the scene by whoring himself to netlabels and telling bands they needed his remixes for some next level shit on the flip until someone decided his bar tab was too high and someone should maybe pay him to do some tracks because his tongue in cheek arrogance was not unjustified.
And this release is no different, but he’s still not getting paid! Quirky, glitchy, itchy, scratchy, and other adjectives ending in ‘y’, these tracks are hectic yet melodic.
Supported by a straight up techy remix by Paul Louth, which is a complement to the glitchiness, his remix builds layer upon layer of trancetastic pads.

Rasmus Hedlun - Bipolar (Lektrono rmx) (Flm006)

NetLabel: www.flumo.com
Style: electronic, techno
This time Flumo travels to the Nordic countries and finds our new artist in Finland. Rasmus Hedlund doesnt seem to care about the coldness of his country in order to make good techno.A good proof of this is ôBipolarö,the spectacular reference he has given to Flumo and to which Lektrono has made a remix.
